As you savor over 15 exclusive pours, our expert team will guide you through the deep-rooted history of sake brewing. The cost is 89.00 (plus tax), with gratuity not included.

Ono Shuzo

Ono Shuzo, founded in 1864, is a Nagano-based sake brewery known for its flagship brand Yoakemae. They craft high-quality sake using premium rice and pure local water, embracing traditional methods to create authentic flavors. Renowned for its dedication to quality, Ono Shuzo has won prestigious awards, reflecting its commitment to producing exceptional sake.

Takeshige Honke

Established in 1868, Takeshige Honke Brewery is renowned for producing award-winning sake. The brewery stands out for its use of the traditional ‘kimoto brewing’ method, a rare and time-intensive technique that takes twice as long as standard brewing. This meticulous process results in a sake with a rich, full-bodied flavor.

Nagano Meijo

Nagano Meijo uses the pure spring water of Sarashina, Shinshu—celebrated as “the best spring in the world”—to grow rice and brew sake, creating a smooth, additive-free drink. Known for their health-conscious approach, they craft sake with local Nagano rice and no added chemicals. By brewing year-round and refining low-temperature aging, they continuously enhance the quality and flavor of their sake.

Imai Shuzoten

Founded in 1691, Imai Sake Brewery specializes in traditional, handcrafted sake with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. Endo Shuzojou

Founded in 1864, Endo Shuzojou Brewery blends tradition and innovation to craft renowned sakes like “Keiryu” and “Naotora,” using pure water from Suzaka, Shinshu. Committed to health-conscious brewing, they nurture their sake with care, honoring a legacy of quality that connects people through shared enjoyment. The brewery’s dedication to crafting exceptional sake has earned them recognition both in Japan and internationally.

Ichido

Ichido crafts sparkling sake with a unique sweet-sour flavor and delicate foam, using natural fermentation without additives. With Japan’s rising love for sparkling drinks, they aim to elevate sparkling sake, making it perfect for any meal or celebration. The brewery’s flavors are designed to complement a variety of dishes, appealing to both sake and Champagne lovers.
